In today’s time the world is changing very fast. But even today we see education as just an event that went to school, went to college, got good marks, got job and just finished. On one hand, people focus only on hard skills, while on the other hand some people focus only on soft skills.
But the truth is that if you want to move ahead in life, if you want to move forward quickly then it is very important to have both the skills inside you. You see, all the people who are successful have both these skills. What are hard skills? Hard skills are usually those that you use to work actually, according to your position. Like if you are a chef then cooking is one of your hard skills. or if you are a software programmer then coding is one of your hard skills. Now, schools and colleges focus more on these skills, which is good and the good thing is that in today’s time learning these skills has become much easier than before.
On the other hand, the soft skills which are there are normal day to day basic skills which many times you may not major well but they are useful. For this, usually you do not get all these certificates but its actual certificate shows in your character, your behavior, your mindset which can sometimes be important even with hard skills.
